Day 3/30 Video & Blog Challenge!

Today is the 3rd day in a 30 day video challenge and it’s the closest to 3pm mountain time I’ve gotten, which was the time I set for myself each day. So, congratulations to me!! The reason for setting a specific time is to create consistency which I think is important.
Day 1 I talked about all the excuses I had for almost putting this video challenge off yet again after being challenged many times last year to do 30 days of videos.
Day 2 I’d like to forget since I was so unprepared, so thank you for forgetting with me!
Today, day 3, I’ll tell you I need an attitude adjustment!!
I’m deciding to change my mind set from getting out of my comfort zone to getting into my comfort zone; otherwise, this video challenge will be a very long and daunting journey, rather than a fun and exciting journey. Fun and exciting sounds better and I’m sure it will feel better too because when I think of getting out of my comfort zone it makes me feel very nervous! I am after all choosing to do this challenge to encourage myself and others in the process! My passion is to encourage self care and I think we all know that we can’t encourage, empower, inspire, or serve others to the best of our abilities unless we are taking care of ourselves first. You know when you are on the plane and they say put on your own oxygen mask before helping another. That’s what self care is.
Question for you today… Is there something in your life that you need an attitude adjustment on? Something you need to change your mind set on? And if you did it would allow you to serve yourself better and then serve others better? If so, I encourage you to take action and do it!! 🙂
Thank you for joining me on my 30 day video challenge journey to encourage myself and others!! I’d appreciate shares as I’m introducing myself and my self care brand. See you tomorrow and until then be well! 🙂

I’m a successful entrepreneur who believes in the power of being vulnerable, authentically sharing, and providing opportunities and spaces for deeper connection with ourselves and others for learning, growing, and healing. Through my background and many life experiences I’ve learned a lot about overcoming obstacles, moving through major life transitions, and discovering a lifestyle that works well for me on the path of my life adventure. Utilizing all I’ve learned to guide, support, and encourage others on their life path.
