Hi all! Today is day 7/30 in my video and blog challenge! And I’m happy to say that the videos are getting a bit easier! Yeah! 😀 Yesterday and today I was happy to have guests with me!! Yesterday it was a good friend and today it was my son. I asked my son what self care means to him and I especially liked his advise to “dial it down on the cookies”. Ha 😀 Then I shared what I did for my own self care today: Taking a hike and eating a healthy breakfast. I’m currently loving Dr. Prager’s veggie burgers with eggs. Yum!! 😀 And the hike… LOVE, LOVE, LOVE hiking!!! It’s good for my overall mind and body health: Physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual!
