Happy first day of spring from beautiful Colorado! And happy day 20 in my 30 day video and blog challenge! Why do a 30 day video and blog challenge?!!… I’ve asked myself that more than a few times over the last 20 days. My goal is to grow and inspire myself and other’s in this process. And, I’m happy to say it’s working!! Today I’d like to inspire you while walking with my friend Anna. Enjoy us walking and talking! 🙂
Endorphins make us happy and are released in our bodies when we’re in nature and in a non-resisting place. Endorphins also show up when we’re practicing love; first with yourself (self love) and then with others! Taking a walk, getting clean fresh air, and being in nature are all forms of self love and self care. When we’re practicing self love and self care is when we can best love, be of service, and inspire others!
Today we encourage you to make a list of all your positive attributes and then every single day for 3 months read the list out loud so your brains Nero pathways can really believe your awesomeness! Reading the list will also raise your vibrational level to attract more of what you want to attract (more awesomeness)! 🙂
