4 Pictures!

If you could only pick 4 pictures from 2016 that best represented what’s most important to you, what would they be? Below are my 4 pictures representing self care, family, friends, and community.

Upper left is me saying yes to self care! Why self care is important to me is because I’ve learned that I can only be my best if I’m taking good care of myself. For me that means sleeping well, eating healthy foods, movement (my favorite is getting out in nature walking and hiking!!), keeping my thoughts positive, and connecting with people I love. When I’m my best for me that means I can be my best for my family, friends, and community.

Upper right is my family. My kids are grown with lives of their own, so time with them is very precious!! When I do get to see them for a meal, watching a movie, and especially just hanging out, that’s the best!

Lower right is friends. I’m incredibly thankful to have a like minded group of friends that get me! I can talk with them about anything, get support, advise, and unconditional love.

Lower left is community. Likewise, I’m very thankful to have the love and support of an absolutely amazing community through my business and life connections.

I encourage you to think about what’s most important to you and then pick a few pictures to represent that.

As we start the new year, I’ll share that after a lot of big change in 2016, I’m in the process of defining my new life for 2017 and very excited about some ideas I have to inspire a self care lifestyle for everyone! Today I posted my first of many self care conversation videos on Periscope. You can watch the reply on the Self Care Conversations Page. Join me daily for live videos on Periscope and Facebook where I’ll be interviewing people about what self care means to them and how they create their best self care lifestyle. 🙂

About Inspiring a Self Care Lifestyle

I’m a successful entrepreneur who believes in the power of being vulnerable, authentically sharing, and providing opportunities and spaces for deeper connection with ourselves and others for learning, growing, and healing. Through my background and many life experiences I’ve learned a lot about overcoming obstacles, moving through major life transitions, and discovering a lifestyle that works well for me on the path of my life adventure. Utilizing all I’ve learned to guide, support, and encourage others on their life path.
