Is it a particular diet? Thinking beyond food and considering books you read, what you watch on television, and people you have contact with… Does it include a certain type of exercise? Walking, hiking, yoga, skiing, biking… Regular massage? Quiet time with yourself? A good book? The movies? Meditation? Vacations? A favorite hobby? A certain activity? Nature time? Getting a certain amount of sleep each night? Connection time with friends? Support from family, friends, a coach or counselor? Going to church? Taking action on a goal or dream? Following your purpose and passions?…
The different ways are endless and it’s a good thing we have so many options since there are so many of us. I’d like to encourage you to think about, then try, and then be aware of the different ways that work well for you in your practice of self acceptance, self care, and self love! What inspires you, lights you up, brings you joy, feeds you, and supports you emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually?…

For me getting out in nature and walking or hiking is my favorite!! It fills me up emotionally, clears me mind, energizes me physically, and connects me with God and the universe! Below is a favorite in nature picture of mine.
