What if everything you’ve experienced and are currently experiencing is all part of the plan for your life? It’s all meant to be. What do you think about this concept? Is it new to you? Something you’ve thought of? If you believed everything was meant to be, would it make experiencing challenges, difficulties, and set backs feel different? Likewise, would it make experiencing achievements, successes, and triumphs feel different? Would your outlook on life change? Would you act or react differently to your life as it unfolded each day? If so, how? Would you be calmer, let things go easier, have increased energy, and enjoy the process of your life more?!
With change happening in my life I’ve be thinking about this concept. And although I believe everything happens for a reason and is meant to be, I find myself continually wondering how much control I can have on outcomes. I want to feel in control; however, I’ve experienced letting go and having the outcome be better than I could have ever imagined or controlled! So I ask myself, how much energy should I put into things? Because I have a tendency to wear myself out doing and creating the desired outcome. How much time should I spend on thinking, rethinking, and even creating? Because, well… I spend quite a bit of time thinking, rethinking, and creating. What would happen if I did less, trusted more, and simply relaxed into life?! 🙂
I’ve come to the conclusion, AGAIN!, that there is a balance to all this! A balance to life.
A balance of thinking, doing, rethinking, being, tweaking, changing, creating, and taking the necessary actions to reach desired goals and dreams. While also letting go, believing in, and trusting the process of life.
Are you in the midst of change in your life? Do you ask yourself any of these questions? What conclusions have you come to?
