About a year ago, I started out on a path to publish a journal – combining countless notes, ideas and conversations in one place. I’m very happy to say I did it and proud to introduce it to you. The Journal, Self Care Conversations On The Path, is designed to share personal insights, offer questions for reflection and journaling space, establishing a discussion with oneself, and others to foster greater wellness, support and inspiration to create your best lifestyle. Thank you for your support as you read it and then share with others on your path.
The idea for a journal first came as the result of a series of successful and well attended Self Care Conversations events I held in the Denver area in 2017. After receiving a positive response at the events, and then continuing with the message of self care on social media, I became interested in combining and sharing the conversations in one place; along with a few personal stories and what I’ve learned so far on my path. My goal in sharing is always to support, encourage and inspire.
On a personal note, putting this journal together was similar to many life processes I’ve had. It was not easy and took a lot longer than I expected. In fact, it was a very challenging process with multiple obstacles. Honestly, sharing it felt very vulnerable and a bit scary. I doubted my ability to complete the journal and along the way asked myself why I still had the desire to publish it at all. I also questioned if the journal would provide the value I wanted it to. Through the doubts and questions, I continued taking steps towards my goal. And then, like so many other times along my path, I knew I was meant to follow through, so I did. I also needed to prove to myself I could. I continued to trust that this journal would offer valuable guidance, support, encouragement and inspiration while making a positive impact in many lives.
The Journal is available on Amazon in Paperback and eBook versions. The link to purchase can be found on my Journal Page.
